Rates are intended as partially refundable and changeable up to 30 days before check-in. A deposit of 30% of the total amount for the Partially Refundable Rate is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable for Partially Refundable Fares. Â The balance, in the case of Partially Refundable Fares, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation or modification 30 days or more prior to arrival, or in case of no-show at check-in, the full amount of the stay will be requested and charged. In case of cancellation BEFORE 30 days before check-in, only the 30% deposit paid for Partially Refundable rates will be retained and, if already paid, only the balance will be refunded. Please note: by choosing the Non-Refundable Fare Offer, even if the cancellation arrives before 30 days from check-in, the full balance, if paid, will not be refunded.Â
