La Bonaccia is a villa built to a design by the well-known architect M. Perrot.
It is located on the seafront of the "Piras" residential village and is only a few dozen metres from the sea, facing the island of Caprera.
The garden, protected by an artistic dry-stone wall, is made up of Mediterranean essences, in particular mastic trees, and gives complete privacy to the house. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to the few residents.
The Village's two sandy beaches are easily reached on foot along an asphalt road in about 3 minutes (500 metres). The first is Cala Grande, a favourite for bathing, and has a play area for children. The second beach is also used for mooring boats.
The villa has very high ceilings, large rooms and ceiling fans to keep it cool. Dining out on the veranda on summer evenings is particularly pleasant. There is also a built-in barbeque nearby. Coming back from the sea and taking a shower outside is a relaxing moment in the midst of nature.
With a covered area of over 150 square metres, the house is on the ground floor only, without steps. It is particularly suitable and safe for families with children and/or elderly people.
The villa is divided as follows: large living room and dining room for 8 people; 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds; 2 large bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower; a kitchen; covered veranda with dining table. The house has three separate entrances: pedestrian access, car entrance with covered parking space and very large entrance for the boat trailer.
The structure's IUN code is: P7053
